1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern use of the online service styxvpn.cloud (the “Service”) provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service, launching the bot, registering, paying, or accessing materials, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms in full.
1.3. A User who does not accept the Terms must stop using the Service.
2. Services and digital goods
2.1. The Service provides intangible digital goods and services, including but not limited to information materials, educational programs, consultations, digital products, and service offerings.
2.2. Materials provided through the Service may include:
· information from public sources;
· original materials of the Administration and/or third parties;
· analytical reviews, collections, recommendations, and structured data.
2.3. The User understands and agrees that the value of the Service’s digital goods and services lies in their organization, analysis, presentation, maintenance, support, and updates rather than the exclusivity of individual pieces of information.
2.4. The Service does not represent or guarantee that individual elements of its materials are unique, exclusive, or unavailable outside the Service.
3. Disclaimer and liability
3.1. The Service is provided “AS IS”.
3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:
· that the Service will meet the User’s expectations;
· the achievement of any financial, commercial, professional, or other results;
· uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.
3.3. The Administration is not liable for:
· any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
· consequences of the User applying the materials received;
· acts or omissions of third parties;
· temporary technical failures or access restrictions.
3.4. The User makes all decisions about applying materials, recommendations, and services independently and at their own risk.
4. Lawful use
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate unlawful activity.
4.2. The User must use the Service solely in compliance with applicable law and third-party rules.
4.3. The User bears full responsibility for the lawful use of the Service’s materials and services.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. All materials made available through the Service are protected by intellectual-property law.
5.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties, or otherwise use Service materials without the rights holder’s permission.
5.3. Intellectual-property infringement may result in access to the Service being restricted without compensation.
6. Access restrictions
6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User’s access to the Service in the event of:
· a violation of these Terms;
· detected abuse;
· requirements imposed by law or payment providers.
6.2. Restricted access does not release the User from obligations incurred earlier.
6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create increased risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.
7. Payments and refunds
7.1. Services and digital goods are paid for on the terms shown in the Service before payment.
7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and services, payments are non-refundable once access has been provided, except in the circumstances listed below.
7.3. A refund is available only if:
· the service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Service;
· access to the digital product was not actually provided.
7.4. To request a refund review, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.
7.5. The Administration decides on refunds individually.
7.6. The User confirms that they will not initiate a chargeback through a payment system without first contacting Service support.
8. Privacy
8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum technical data necessary to operate the Service.
8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.
9. Changes
9.1. The Administration may amend these Terms.
9.2. The current version of the Terms is published in the Service.
9.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated Terms.
